What type of leather do you use for your products?
We exclusively use high-quality, full-grain cow leather. This is the top layer of the hide, known for its durability and the unique patina it develops over time. Each piece is hand-selected to ensure premium quality.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All our items are made to order to reduce waste. Production typically takes 1-2 business days, and shipping via FedEx or DHL Express takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I personalize my leather bag with initials?
Yes, we offer a professional personalization service. You can choose to have your initials embroidered or embossed on most of our products. This option is available directly on the product page.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
While we offer a 30-day return policy for standard items, please note that personalized or embossed products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How should I care for my MAHI Leather product?
We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every 6-12 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heavy rain. If your bag gets wet, wipe it with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally.
Do you ship internationally and are there extra fees?
We ship worldwide. While we offer free or flat-rate shipping to many regions, customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may be applied by their country's customs office.
