At MAHI Leather, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your leather goods in their original dust bag and shipping box to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
